More sound effects - Less problems!

---ADDED---

• Added a sound effect to the teleporters
• Added a sound effect when you fall off the map

---FIXED---

• Fixed a bug with the level indicator.
• Tutorials used to send you to the menu. They now send you to the screen were you can choose a difficulty.

---CHANGED---

• Changed the Difficulty scene. Same functionality as before but a little more stylish.
• Changed the camera position at level 10. It is now closer to the player.

---REMOVED---

• Pressing Q while you had the game paused used to send you to the main menu. This feature is now removed
